1. About IMZ Cosmetics

imz-cosmetics.com is operated by IMZ Cosmetics Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16602054, with its registered office at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom.

IMZ Cosmetics is a beauty brand specialising in creme gel eyeliner products and related cosmetic items. These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website and any interactions with our digital services.

By placing an order or using this website, you accept these Terms.

3. Using our website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  1. Interfere with or damage the site
  2. Attempt to access secure or restricted areas
  3. Use our content for commercial purposes without permission
  4. Submit false or misleading information

We may suspend or restrict access to the site if we believe these Terms are violated.

4. Products & descriptions

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, and shades, but:

  1. Colours may vary depending on your screen
  2. Packaging may occasionally differ
  3. Product availability may change without notice

If an error appears on the site, for example in pricing or product information, we may correct it and cancel affected orders. We will always notify you and refund any payment in full.

5. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken at the point your order is placed. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed between us, only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order if:

  1. A product is out of stock
  2. Payment fails
  3. Fraud is suspected
  4. A pricing or product error has occurred

If this happens we will inform you and refund any charges in full.

7. Shipping & delivery

Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the day the contract is formed. The delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times available to you are shown at checkout before you pay, and are set out in our Shipping Policy. Shipping estimates are approximate and may vary based on:

  1. Location
  2. Weather or carrier delays
  3. Seasonal volume
  4. Customs, for international orders

Goods are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us. You own the goods once we have received payment in full.

If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, we will let you know and do what we reasonably can to reduce the delay.

For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties or taxes charged by the destination country.

8. Cancellation & returns

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Where an order is delivered in separate instalments, the 14 days runs from the day you receive the last item.

To cancel, email hello@imz-cosmetics.com or use the cancellation form at the end of these Terms. You do not have to use the form, but it helps us process your cancellation quickly.

You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. You pay the cost of return postage for a cancellation.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. We will refund the standard delivery charge you originally paid; if you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard rate only.

Hygiene exception: cosmetics are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons. Once a product's seal has been broken after delivery, it can no longer be returned under the 14-day cancellation right. Sealed, unopened products can be returned as normal.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

We reserve the right to refuse returns where there is evidence of misuse or policy abuse. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Separately from the cancellation right described above, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee which applies whether or not the product has been opened. The guarantee is set out in full in our Refund Policy and it does not replace or limit your legal rights.

9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Separately from your cancellation rights, we will always accept a return where:

  1. The item arrived damaged
  2. The wrong product was received
  3. There is a quality issue, or the product is not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. You may reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days you may ask for a repair or replacement.

We pay return postage for items that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent.

10. Promotions & discounts

From time to time we may offer:

  1. Discount codes
  2. Bundles
  3. Limited-time promotions

Unless stated otherwise:

  1. Discounts cannot be combined
  2. Codes must be applied at checkout
  3. Offers can be changed or removed at any time

Withdrawing an offer does not affect orders already accepted.

11. Intellectual property

Everything on our site, including images, product descriptions, brand names, logos, videos and designs, is owned by IMZ Cosmetics Limited or our licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, or reproduce any content without written permission.

12. User-generated content

If you tag us on social media, leave a review, or submit photos or messages, you agree that:

  1. We may use that content, with credit where appropriate, for marketing
  2. You own the rights to the content you post
  3. Your content will not violate any laws or third-party rights

You can ask us to stop using your content at any time by emailing hello@imz-cosmetics.com, and we will remove it from our own channels as soon as reasonably practicable.

13. Allergies & safety

Our products are formulated with care, but ingredients may affect individuals differently.

By using our products, you acknowledge that:

  1. You are responsible for checking the ingredient list before use
  2. You will discontinue use if irritation occurs
  3. You will follow the product instructions

We recommend patch-testing a small area before first use. If you have a known allergy or a skin condition, check with a healthcare professional first.

14. Account & security

If you create an account:

  1. Keep your login details secure
  2. You are responsible for activities under your account
  3. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
  4. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  1. IMZ Cosmetics Limited is not liable for indirect or incidental damages
  2. We are not responsible for website downtime, errors, or losses caused by third-party systems
  3. Product results may vary depending on personal use, application technique, and skin type

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

16. Privacy & cookies

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights under UK and EU data protection law. Our use of cookies, and how to change your cookie preferences, is explained in the Cookies section of that same policy.

17. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email hello@imz-cosmetics.com with your order number and we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and work with you to resolve it.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on this website at the time you placed it.

19. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
